New Honda Hybrid? what?

so for some reason i’m in the mood to spend money. so i went looking for cars again, especially now that the 09 Honda Fit is almost out. it looks alot nicer. but then Honda teases me by saying they have a new 5 door hybrid coming out early next year, but they don’t show me anything.

word is it will be cheaper than the civic hybrid, get better mileage, and may be based on the fit (which i know i like) or the remix comcept, which i highly doubt. possible spy shots of a larger prius knockoff have been caught, but this is a bigger car that is supposed to sit above the civic hybrid, not below it, in honda’s lineup.

so who know what honda has up their sleeve? i need to know! i sense the impending seattle winter and wonder if i can wait.
